Job Description
- Work with the onshore digital team to develop and implement community management strategy for defined social channels
- Work with PR, Product Knowledge Management and Corporate Communications teams to respond to negative comments that could impact the brand reputation
- Review inbound comments and customer enquiries across channels and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
- Plan and execute community relationship posts
- Work with social media and Brand & Communications teams to develop and manage the influencer strategy, ensuring brand consistency
- Maintain FAQ and who’s who documentation to enable quick responses to enquiries and comments
Primary Skills
- Ensure the health and growth of the client’s social channels and the communities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the defined social media accounts on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Secondary Skills
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken – and customer service skills
- Excellent networking skills
